 1.⁠ ⁠What does the monthly subscription service include?

The monthly subscription service includes tailored graphic creation, custom copy and complementary scheduling, and posting on your behalf. We also provide performance analytics and engagement reports. If there is technical difficulty in accessing your account we send you the schedule and content for you to post directly to your account.

2.⁠ ⁠How do I get started with the subscription service?

To get started, sign up on our pricing page and you will receive an email with instructions to book your free strategy call. 

3.⁠ ⁠Can I request changes to the content you create?

Yes, we are happy to make revisions within the original scope of your blueprint. Just let us know what adjustments are needed, and we'll update the content accordingly. (Up to 3 revisions a month)

4.⁠ ⁠What social media platforms do you support?

We support major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. If you need support for another platform, please let us know, and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.

5.⁠ ⁠How do you handle technical issues with the scheduling platform?

We offer complementary scheduling with our platform. However, since there is always a possibility of technical difficulties, if there is a persistent issue we recommend downloading your prepared custom content and posting it manually on your own until the issue is resolved.

6.⁠ ⁠Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?

No, there Is no minimum commitment period for subscription.  Cancel anytime.  If you cancel, your subscription will expire at the end of the 30-day period and you will not billed for the following month.

7.⁠ ⁠What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will expire at the end of the 30 day period.  Please note that we do not offer refunds for any part of the subscription period already paid for.

While we strive to create high-quality content and effective strategies, we do not guarantee specific results or performance improvements due to the varying nature of social media platforms and audience engagement.

9.⁠ ⁠How often will you post on my social media accounts?

The frequency of posts depends on your specific plan and needs. Typically, we offer plans that include 20 posts/month.

10.⁠ ⁠What if I need content created for a special event or promotion?

If you need content for a special event or promotion, please notify us in advance. We will work with you to create and schedule the necessary content within the scope of your subscription plan.

11.⁠ ⁠How can I track the performance of my social media accounts?

We provide monthly performance analytics and engagement reports to help you track the effectiveness of our social media strategies and content.
